Quality Assurance Program

The purpose of the SLAC Quality Assurance Program (QAP or “the program”) is to ensure that Laboratory mission deliverables, products, and services meet or exceed customer and stakeholder expectations through implementation of planned and systemic actions and integrated management systems.  The SLAC QAP is linked with the SLAC Contractor Assurance System (CAS) and together they comprise an integrated suite of management and assurance systems, processes, and tools that monitor and improve all aspects of Laboratory performance and enable the anticipation and mitigation of issues.
