The purpose of this document is to provide requirements for the implementation of the SLAC Building Management Program. The SLAC Building Management Program ensures that all SLAC buildings, structures, and surrounding areas (or collectively, “buildings”) are effectively managed, meet environment, safety, and health (ES&H ) and security requirements, and exhibit good general housekeeping. Detailed guidelines that will aid in the effective and consistent implementation of the program can be found in the “SLAC Building Management Manual” (SLAC-1-708-403-005-00, R4).
