The purpose of this SLAC Davis-Bacon Process and Advance Determinations Policy (SDBP) is to establish the requirements for complying with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and the attached set of Department of Energy (DOE)-approved advance determinations. The advance determinations will be used across SLAC organizations to identify and plan work as non-covered by the Davis-Bacon Act. The intent of this SDBP is to ensure compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act.
