Enhanced Rigor Work Planning and Control

This Requirements Notice (RN) provides the interim, Laboratory-wide requirements for implementing Enhanced Rigor Work Planning and Control for all SLAC High Consequence Work, including the categorization of activities based on levels of project and/or operations consequence. Definition of High Consequence Work, the categorization, the activities that fall within each category, and required quality control elements are described in this document.

These interim requirements are in addition to the requirement that all SLAC work must be performed in accordance with the SLAC ES&H Manual, Chapter 2, for Work Planning and Control.
