The purpose of the SLAC Employee Concerns Program (ECP) is to ensure that the laboratory provides protected channels for individuals who engage with the Laboratory to raise concerns about ethics, fraud, waste, or other policy violations, and have them addressed appropriately without fear of retaliation.
This is not a policy document. The purpose of this document is to summarize, in one consolidated place, the program elements and the various methods that SLAC uses to communicate about the program.
