The Department of Energy (DOE) awarded Contract No. DE-AC02-76-SF0015 (Prime Contract) to the Board of Trustees of Leland Stanford, Jr. University (University) to manage and operate the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC). This Procurement Description (PD) provides a written description of SLAC procurement policy and conforms to requirements of the Prime Contract with DOE.
