SLAC Institutional Policy on Policies
The purpose of the SLAC Institutional Policy on Policies is to govern the lifecycle and management of institutional policies at SLAC.
This policy ensures that SLAC provides the Laboratory workforce with documented requirements for how to conform with the Prime Contract, Stanford University (SU) policies, and applicable federal, state, or local legal/regulatory requirements, as well as SLAC institutional expectations.
Each policy shall define the appropriate level of authority and oversight. This includes processes and guidance for how these institutional policy documents are developed, reviewed, issued, maintained, controlled and retired.
When prompted for login on the Microsoft website to download the template, please use your full SLAC email (not just the user id) and Windows password.
