The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the SLAC provides the Laboratory workforce with effective and consistent policies and procedures:
The SLAC Conduct of Projects policy identifies the key processes and requirements for planning and executing projects at SLAC regardless of type, size, and funding source. By outlining the steps required to initiate, monitor, deliver and evaluate projects in a controlled way, SLAC can ensure projects are successfully governed and managed to completion safely and with first time quality.
